Despite this difficulty Party Poker has once again developed a cool new promotion: The Winter Million. This is a special tournament promo and it provides an excellent opportunity for online poker players suffering the winter blues. The 2012 Party Poker deposit bonus program is also worth mentioning. Party Poker Winter Million Promotion

This promo is running until February 5th, 2012. The Winter Millions promotion consists of a series of qualifiers and will finish with a $1,000,000 guaranteed tournament on Feb 5th, 2012. There are at least five different paths you can take to play in the main event. Party Poker is running free to enter qualifiers as well as micro, small and medium stakes buy-in satellites.  You can also buy directly in for $600 +$40. Here is a list of a few feeders to this million dollar tournament:

• $1 Daily Sub-qualifier (Rebuy) - This tourney offers seats to daily $27 satellite.
• $2 Speed Sub-qualifier (Rebuy) - This MTT is awarding tickets to a $70 daily Winter Million qualifier. This event is awarding one $640 tournament ticket for every 10 players in the playing field.
• $55 Friday satellite - This tournament has great potential for n overlay. There is a 5 seat guarantee so 58 players are needed just to cover the cost of the 5 tickets. I suggest keeping an eye on this tournament each Friday (17:00). If there are fewer than 58 players you will basically be getting extra value. \
• $172 Daily Qualifier - $172 is definitely a lot of money for a qualifier but this MTT gives a minimum of two Winter Million tickets so an overlay is possible.

The main event may also boast a nice sized overlay. 1,666 players are needed to cover the $1,000,000 GTD prize pool. Even with the variety of satellites Party Poker may have a difficult time getting that many players to sign-up for a $600 +$40 tournament.

Party Poker Download & Bonus Instructions

You can start the free Party Poker download by visiting their site and clicking on the red “Play Now” button. After you have downloaded the poker software you will then create a new account. The bonus code SKYHIGH will be entered on the same page as your username and email address.
